Lora Perez - Chairman of the Board served as Vice-President of Operations for Windsor Broadcast Productions for 9 years and is currently the Senior on-camera Reporter and Editor for the PBS show The American Health Journal. Lora's on-camera work has earned her 2nd national Telly Award. The former "Mrs. California" (1994) resides in La Quinta, California.

Douglas Perez - Secretary began his entrepreneurial activites in 1983 while attending high school where he created the first video year book. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cal State Northridge, a Master's Degree in Education and is currently pursuing a second Master's Degree in Humanities and Literature. Douglas resides in Riverside, California and is a professor at the University of Phoenix.

Gary Hardesty - Treasurer has been in television for over 20 years serving as the Managing General Partner of KVHP-FOX 29 in Louisiana. Gary earned a Bachelor's Degree from Lamar University, a Master's Degree from Pepperdine University and did work at the New York Institute of Finance. He also served as an Associate Professor of Marketing at Arizona State Univeristy.

Cameron White started his career in the field of education. After earning a Masters degree in organizational communication, he became a Professor at the University of San Diego.  During his teaching tenure, he was asked to develop an educational program for a healthcare company. After putting together a successful educational advocacy program, the company HF healthcare offered Cameron his current position as President.

Tom Janis is the General Sales Manager of the MeTV Network Affiliate KRET-TV in the Palm Springs Market since 2002.  Previously Tom Janis was the Senior Account Manager for KNTV in the  ABC TV San Francisco market from 2002 to 1987.   Tom also was the Sports Director for KNTV & KGO TV as well as Sports Anchor for NBC TV in Salinas, California and ABC-TV San Francisco where he received the United Press International: Award Winning Sports Caster.  Among his credits are as Voice Over Commercial Talent and commercial script writing.

Staff

Pearl Y. Limon - Grants has worked as an independent Writer and Producer for 20 years in the broadcast field.  Ms. Limon has received numerous awards for production excellence for her work with Windsor Broadcast Productions on their American Health Journal program,  Innovations in Medicine and Discoveries in Alternative Medicine.  These programs are currently running on PBS.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television and Film from Cal State University Long Beach and attended the University of Southern California Film School.   She has also worked at KESQ-TV in Palm Springs as Assistant to the General Manager.  Interned at Universal Studios Film Department and has also worked on independent film projects.
